The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of financial management, the CFO will play a pivotal role in the operational performance and strategic development of the Company.
ResponsibilitiesProviding leadership, direction and management of the finance teamProviding strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the senior leadership and executive management teamManaging the financial controls processes across the company, including those for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reportingAdvising on long-term business and financial planning including cash flowResponsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the GroupResponsible for the preparation and submission of fully audited accounts; liaison of external audit teams, and submission in line with statutory guidelinesUndertake budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activity for the company and subsidiariesMaintain financial performance models and forecasts for short (6 months), medium (18 months) and long term planningManage the capital request and budgeting processesDevelop performance measures that support individual project performance and company's strategic directionLead change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation and continuous improvementSupport the implementation of an ERP systemAssist bid & proposal writing and structuring financial elements of contract offersProvide financial modelling support to customers for contracted workOversee the issuance of financial informationReview and approve all business tax documentation and returnsReport financial results to the board of directorsMaintain up to date financial management informationQualificationsAbout You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is desirable and a professional qualification in accountancy is required (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
Skills and CompetenciesProven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in a complex, multinational organization.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Experience in managing change and driving organisational transformation initiatives.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in finance, risk management, and IT governance.Callen-Lenz is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an inclusive working environment.
