Chief Financial Officer

This a broad CFO / Finance Director role driving strategic growth within a successful Creative Agency.
It is an opportunity to oversee the financial operations at a top agency and make an impact at the highest level, working with a passionate and accomplished leadership team.
Hybrid role – c£120,000 -130,000 + Bens.
This is a board level opportunity that partners closely with the CEO and Board to shape the strategic direction of the business, driving profitability and efficiency.
It is a broad role combining commercial and financial elements; leading financial performance reviews and forecasts for the Board, and delivering financial & management reporting, client profitability & utilisation analysis.
You will play a key role in pricing strategies, contract negotiation, managing client relationships, and providing insight for business investments.
You will lead, develop and motivate a small and high performing team which requires a hands-on approach.
Applicants for this role must be a proven finance leader within a creative agency/ marketing services business - we can only consider candidates with extensive experience in the marcoms sector.
You'll need to be a business partner who can work closely with senior stakeholders and drive growth through strategic financial insights.
