Chief Financial Officer

SF Executive are working with a Cornwall based, private equity backed services & technology organisation with an international reach to source a rounded and communicative Chief Financial Officer.
The organisation in question is on a very strong growth trajectory and needs a CFO that on the one hand can make sure the finance team and associated infrastructure are fit for purpose, but also work with the CEO to set and drive the strategic direction of the business.
The role will be pretty broad, also covering other areas such as IT, HR and some back off customer service elements - in reality 70% of the role will be financial and 30% operations.
Outside of the above, you will stand shoulder to shoulder with the CEO of the organisation to shape and drive strategy such that the business and its underlying infrastructure grows in a consistent and controlled way.
At the right time you will also lead an exit on behalf of the current private equity backers.
In addition to those who have been a No 1 CFO in a standalone ort PE backed business, we'd ideally like to speak to CFOs that have experience of leading exit transactions within standalone companies with EBITDA in excess of £1m annually.
We'd also consider candidates who have been No 2 to a CFO in a standalone or investor backed business - this could be an opportunity for someone on the right career trajectory to get their first PE CFO role.
