Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

The CFO will be a strategic, hands-on leader, playing a critical role in scaling operations, driving M&A initiatives, and leading the finance function to support the company's aggressive growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
Lead the end-to-end M&A process.

The ideal CFO for this role will be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years of experience in a commercial environment, and a proven track record in M&A, particularly in the technology or SaaS sectors.
A strong understanding of SaaS business models and a background in private equity or with investors is highly desirable.
The role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis, and a history of building and leading high-performing finance teams.
The CFO will work closely with the executive team, the CEO, and the private equity partner, and must be adept at providing financial leadership and insights to support the company's vision of doubling turnover over the next four years.
