Exciting Opportunity: CEO Role in the Marine Sector, Salary £150-200k + Benefits We are thrilled to be seeking a talented Chief Executive Officer to lead a private equity owned business within the leisure and commercial marine sector.
With a current annual turnover of £40 million and plans for ambitious expansion into new locations including Cornwall, The Channel Islands, and Gibraltar, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CEO to drive growth and success within the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of profit and loss management, with a focus on increasing EBITDA.
They will lead the Senior Leadership Team with charisma and influence, motivating diverse teams across geographical locations and functions.
The incoming CEO will take over from the business founder who is now exiting the business following a private equity acquisition.
The CEO will be required to continue growth whilst simultaneously maintaining agreed EBITDA, the yardstick for the eventual exit by the new owners.
A background or personal interest in the marine, sailing, or boating industry would be a bonus for our client.
