We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Chemical Process Operative to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury.

Reporting to the Blending Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
This role involves monitoring equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Manufacturing products according to details and instructions stated on the formulation batch sheet and specification.
Analysing batches during production and recording observations.
Operating and monitoring equipment used in the chemical production process, guaranteeing safe and competent operation of machinery.
Reporting in writing any deviations from the procedures immediately to the appropriate parties.
Completing all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Immediately reporting any accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.
Monitoring raw materials requirements and informing supervisor when finished products are suitably packaged for movement to the warehouse.
Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene within the Blending environment, following full PPE requirements.
What can you bring to the role?
Proven experience working in a similar chemicals/process role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid Maths and English skills - must be competent to read and understand numbers, batch cards and follow work instructions.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
