Fully prepare the kitchen at the start of shift, maintain it throughout the shift & close it down at the end of shift Able to lead by example, to nurture, lead and develop our Kitchen Assistant and Kitchen Porters in their duties at times.
Clean down kitchens to ensure spotless working environments!
