What were looking for in a Chef De Partie: Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a Demi Chef De Partie, within busy fresh food restaurant, gastro pub or hotel.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role, the rota will entail 40 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
A driving licence/car would be highly beneficial, based on location.
