The role will be running a section in the kitchen either starters/sauce or mains.
This role has scope to work under a talented Exec Chef and to really progress your career in a great kitchen using great fresh, local produce.
Key info: Location: Lymington Hours: 5/7 days, 45 hours all overtime paid, shifts will be 11am-9pm with an hour break.
