Chef De Partie 5 Star Hotel We are currently recruiting for a Chef de partie to join the current team of 18 Chefs creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices.
As Chef De Partie you will run your own section ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience and passion for creating rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
Already be a Chef De Partie Ability to work flexible shifts Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment Team player with an ability and desire to contribute and support junior team members to develop and achieve.
Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
