A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Possess a willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
As the restaurant is located in Jersey, you must have a pre-existing right to live and work in the UK be willing to relocate to the island.
