We have a fantastic position for aChef de Partiein our restaurant, Hop Scotch, at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the kitchen.You will be working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
