Responsibilities of a Chef de Partie : Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards of food quality.
Support the delivering of excellent guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Uphold health and safety regulations.
What wed like to see from you: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dishes.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of charcoal grilling is a plus.
