A fantastic opportunity for a passionate CDP to join our experienced and talented kitchen brigade.
Based in the Marylebone High Street area.
Set in the heart of Marylebone, OPSO introduced and established the Modern Greek food in Londons dining scene 10 years ago, combining the contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality.
We are a multi-award-winning restaurant with significant distinctions in the culinary world received throughout the years.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, cooking with the freshest, seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
We are looking to recruit a passionate Chef De Partie to join our team.
You will be expected to work at highest level and capable of working through a busy a la carte service.
Having previous experience and knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine would be highly recommended.
This is a great opportunity for a CDP wishing to learn and progress along our highly awarded head chefs.
Staff will be fully trained by our team of Senior Chefs, and they will learn new techniques and methods of cooking.
Salary: up to £35,100 per year Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week Requirements: -A passionate, creative and dedicated Chef De Partie -Previous experience in a high-end hospitality venue -Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team -A passion for hospitality and customer service -Eagerness to learn and progress within our team Benefits: -Extensive training and career progression within a fast-growing hospitality family -Competitive Salary, including service charge -Overtime paid extra -28 days paid holiday -The restaurant is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period -30% staff discounts for dining across the group's restaurants (OPSO, INO, PITTABUN, KIMA) -Free freshly cooked meals on duty -Employee referral bonus of £1,000 (gradually increasing, dependant on the duration yourreferral remains with our team) -Close to local transport for an easy commute (tube & buses) Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
