Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times Ensure consistency in food quality across all dishes Contribute to menu planning and help develop creative ideas for the kitchen Work in a supportive and rewarding environment with a wellestablished culinary team Qualifications : Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g.
Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent).
Ability to prepare cook and present highquality dishes to a consistent standard.
Experience working in a fastpaced kitchen environment with the ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs.
