About the Role Were looking for a Chef De Partie for a luxury 5 Star hotel in Central London.
As a Chef De Partie, youll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation.
Youll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern cuisine for the fine dining restaurants.

Mostly straight shifts + paid overtime.
Working in a well-equipped and recently renovated kitchen.
What were looking for in a Chef De Partie Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a Demi Chef De Partie ready for progression, within a high quality restaurant or hotel.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed, the rota will entail 45 hours per week.
Experience preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a 1-2 AA Rosette level or equivalent.
