Job summary As CHC Assistant, your role will be to provide administrative support to the CHC Office Manager and the Continuing and Complex Healthcare Team performing a wide range of administrative functions including maintaining office systems and processes, scanning and data inputting.CHC is a friendly, busy team where colleagues work together to meet the needs of the service.

Arrange various meetings on behalf of the Nurse Assessors including Multi-disciplinary Meetings (MDTs) and Review meetings.
