Change Delivery Lead Location: all UK sites Salary: circa £ 4 0 ,000 (national) - circa £ 5 0 ,000 (London) Are you someone who has experience managing and coordinating several different teams, making sure they have a seamless collaboration and enabling them to reach our common goals?
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in delivering Finance and Technology changes in a fast-paced environment.
Acting as the Global Finance Application Support (GFAS) Change Lead you will have the opportunity to work with and influence a number of senior stakeholders as you manage all aspects of small change delivery for the Finance SaaS system within the GFAS support model.
A bit about the job: This role is key in supporting Finance teams get the most out of their critical Finance SaaS systems.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a global, scalable small change delivery process & persistent team for all systems supported by GFAS.
You will also own the governance framework which is in place to manage the delivery processes.
This role leads on shaping the priorities of GFAS Small Change across markets, ensuring service is effectively managed and meets the Finance business needs.
Due to the number of different systems that we manage, there are multiple teams to engage on a regular basis, as such this role will require very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience of managing resources and budgets across multiple teams Change delivery experience, including funding, prioritisation, governance and communication A good knowledge of using work management tools Experience of communicating with key stakeholders at all levels (both internal & external) with c onfidence to challenge the "Status Quo" wherever possible to ensure processes are running as effectively as possible Planview knowledge would be desirable What you're getting for this role : Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too .

Starting salary circa - £ 40 ,000 (national) - circa £ 5 0 ,000 (London) - d epending on location, skills and experience Bonus opportunity - 10 % of annual salary Actual amount ( depends on your performance and Aviva's ) Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
