The ideal candidate will be an experienced, commercial and strategically minded CFO, with a strong background in private equity environments and businesses with an international reach.
You'll work closely with the CEO, communicating effectively with, and inspiring confidence in stakeholders externally and internally at all levels.

You'll lead the finance function, developing FP&A capability, data warehousing and sharpening insight ahead of the exit process.
Key Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the company's senior executive leadership team and will be responsible for all finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, capital markets, accounting and tax.
As a member of the Executive team, the CFO will play a key role in the company strategy and operations to create value across the company's functional areas.
They will be commercial in nature with the ability to influence and lead strategic decision making across the business.
Help drive a data-driven culture across the business, as well as transform data strategy, architecture & analytics.
The CFO will help build automated and streamlined processes in the finance function and across the wider business, saving cost where appropriate.
The CFO will help evaluate pricing models, simplifying where necessary and challenging where appropriate.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree and chartered accounting qualification in Finance and/or Accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
Proven track record of developing and optimising finance function in a growing, agile business.
Proven track record in driving efficiency and performance in both finance business partnering and across the business landscape more generally.
Ability to effectively liaise with various C-level stakeholders, in a technical and non-technical manner.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Relationship Management - demonstrated experience in managing relationships with investors, banks, and external stakeholders Financial Acumen - strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
