Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager to be based on site at Loreto College, Manchester.
This is a permanent role which will involve working predominantly Monday to Friday with some weekend and evening work for events.
The role will report into the Director of Operations for the region.
The impressive site has 4,000 students and this individual will work as part of a team to oversee the day to day running of services at Loreto College leading both the front and back of house teams whilst working closely with two senior chefs who operate the two kitchens on site.
The Catering Manager will oversee a retail shop, Coffee Outlet and two restaurants delivering services for 6th Form Students.
In addition, the Catering Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the significant hospitality requirements for the site to include working lunches, coffee/tea, departmental events and weekly meeting along with pre-planned evening and weekend events during the academic year.
An enhanced DBS is essential, and we are ideally looking for someone to start by December 2024.
