Caretaker

We are working with a fantastic client based in the St Neots area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caretaker to join their estates team on a temporary to permanent contract.
Typical duties would include: General maintenance, redecorating and cleaning Litter picking and keeping site appearance to standard Opening and locking up Key holding Fire Safety and Health and Safety Compliance Fixing and notifying management of any damages or repairs required Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours a week The successful candidate: Previous caretaking experience would be preferred.
Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
Some manual handling would be required (training can be provided!)
Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and two appropriate references.
