We're looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of seniors in their own homes.
As a Care & Support Staff member, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobilityPrepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessaryProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAdminister medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditionsPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environmentTransport clients to medical appointments and social activities using your own vehicleCollaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal careMaintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in conditionRespond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate safety measuresBenefits:Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits).Higher rates for evening and weekend hours worked.Paid travel time between client visits (some restrictions apply).Paid Travel expenses £0.30/ per mile - £0.45/ per mile.All training hours paid at full rate.Minimum 1-hour visits.Lots more +.Job offer made at interview.Contact Patricia Eagling, Recruitment by email at:All first time applications emailed and acknowledged.QualificationsEssential Requirements:- Valid full UK driving licence + own car.- Must reside locally and within our franchise area.- Must be prepared to work on alternate weekends.- Must have the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship.Additional InformationWe are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
