Job DescriptionHome Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking for people who are available between 10-16 hours each week and who would like the opportunity of working with the elderly.
We are keen to interview people who have experience or those without any experience, but are keen to make a difference.We work in the community, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between them daily, making a car essential to the success of the role.We provide the full spectrum of care from personal care, to light housework and companionship care.
You will undergo thorough and extensive training so please do not worry if you have limited or no experience of working within adult care, we still want to hear from you.Rewards Include:+ Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour, averaging with benefits £14.00 per hour.+ Higher rates paid for evening and weekend working.+ Paid travel between clients, some restrictions apply.+ Paid during all training.
