Southlawns recruit based on values we welcome applications from those who hold Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (and willing to work towards your Level 3) OR from those who have demonstrable experience.
You must also have experience working in a care and support setting, leading a team.
2 x Part Time Position available 26.25 hours per week Shift Patterns: 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.15pm-9.45pm, includes alternate weekend.

You will be leading and guiding your care team to deliver a quality service to our customers You will demonstrate a person-led approach and be a role model for our values and behaviours Medicines management is one of the most important activities in the home and you will be part of a team that delivers safe medication practice You will be part of the management team, working alongside health care professionals and building relationships with families and colleagues.
Our Care Supervisors pay rate of £13.12 per hour (with a £1.00 per hour uplift on weekends!)
