(You are required to be a minimum of 18 yrs of age to apply) About The Role As a Care Assistant you will be: Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.
Understanding our resident's communication needs and adapting your communication Support to the individuals and their families, offer confidence and reassurance.
As team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
You may have no experience as a Care Assistant so we offer full training and development – you may have worked in a retail, supermarket, customer service, warehouse or other people focused environments or just returning to work The working shift patterns on a rota over seven days: 8.00am - 8.00pm 8.00am - 2.00pm 2.00pm - 8.00pm 8.00pm - 8.00am We provide you with excellent learning, development and support opportunities, to equip you with the knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the role.
