Care Assistant / Support Worker - Wallington

My client an award-winning care company support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
Their goal is to support young adults in the local community to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for the team to have passion for the work they do.
Due to extra workload we are looking for a Support Worker to join their team based around Wallington, Surrey.
In this position, you will support one of the clients, enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, supporting them to develop and achieve their goals and empower them to plan for their future.
All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer.
(full training will be provided) This is not a role where you will have to visit multiple clients in a day , the company offer a wrap around service that enables you to get to know your client and make a real difference to their lives, this includes supporting them securing their first jobs, moving in to their own homes, making friends and much much more... We are seeking an individual with: A fun and happy outlook on life.
Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
Have the right to work in the UK  (Sponsorship is not available) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
