Make a genuine difference in the lives of those in need within our local community (PO1-PO6 areas).
Applicants should have a valid driving license, access to their own car, and the right to work in the UK (British Citizenship, dependents visa, student visa, or settled status).

Our Home Care Assistants use their own vehicles to travel around the community, working varied shift patterns - 7am-3/4pm & 3-4pm-10pm to provide support.
As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prompting/administering medication.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks.
Supporting customers to engage in community activities.
Monitoring and reporting changes in customers' health or well-being.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and understanding when working with individuals with diverse needs.
Reliability and punctuality with strong time-management skills.
FULL driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Flexibility to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends.
What we offer to our Home Care Assistants: Competitive pay rates starting at £12.20 up to £22.05 per hour contact time.
Paid mileage (45p per mile) & travel time ON TOP of the hourly rate.
