As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.
In this role you will be; Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitoring health conditionsHelping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
Communicating effectively with clients' families, and healthcare providers.
