ABOUT YOU Passion for delivering outstanding customer service, previous customer focused experience is advantageous.
Motivated to complete training that covers Safety & Emergency procedures, First Aid, Service & Commercial skills and apply this knowledge in your role.
Excellent communication skills, able to understand, speak and write proficiently in English and adjust your style when needed.
Capable of working in a team and on your own initiative, assessing situations, identifying solutions, making decisions and remaining calm under pressure.
Adaptable and positive to work in a role where every day is as different as the destinations you'll fly to, and the customers you'll meet.
