Our client is a privately owned and well-established SME house builder with sites across Devon and Cornwall.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to secure an accomplished Senior Buyer to lead the procurement function and support what is already a high performing Commercial department.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar sized developer and have the ability to lead on negotiation and the implantation of Group deals.
