What you'll do: Lead and motivate teams across two sites, providing guidance and support.
Oversee all commercial aspects, monitoring expenditure and managing waste.
Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking action as necessary.
Collaborate with departments across the Group, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Manage onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes.
Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
What you'll need: Minimum 8 years of recent management experience within the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry.
At least 2 years of senior management experience overseeing supervisors or managers.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
Full, clean driver's licence.
