About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team at a school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a subject essential to understanding the modern world.
The role is full-time, with a start date flexible for either January or Easter 2024.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Inspire a passion for business and enterprise, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
Contribute to the development of an innovative and inclusive curriculum.
Support the school's ethos and values, promoting a positive learning environment.
Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives, including professional development opportunities.
Candidate RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and experience teaching across Key Stages.
A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
