We are looking for a talented Business Partner Analyst to join the Business Partnering team.
About the roleReporting in to the Business Partnering Team Lead, you will build strong relationships with business stakeholders and 3rd parties while influencing decision making using data, insights, and commercial acumen.
You will also:• Manage improvements and changes to reports and dashboards providing the Business with key metrics and data.• Be the key point of contact for colleagues from functions within Royal Mail to request data.• Exploit existing data, tools, and techniques to support executive reporting and performance management to maintain relevance to the business and end users.
• Maintain a good understanding of RMG strategy, including the impact of projects and programmes to data and reporting.• Maintain a broad understanding of all Knowledge Management processes.
• Partner with and build strong relationships with business stakeholders for critical activities.• Influence decision making using data and insights and commercial acumen.
About You• Good communicator, both written and verbal, who can alter communication style depending on the audience.• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously whilst at the same time understanding the importance and contribution to the wider team.• Structured, analytical with a problem-solving approach and high attention to detail• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.• Experience of agile development phases and the use of project management tools which support this including Jira and Confluence.
