Business Manager - Uk & Ireland - Crop Protection And Seed Treatments

Role: Business (Commercial) Manager for UK & Ireland - Crop Protection, Seed Treatments and Turf & Ornamental products.
Location: United Kingdom (UK) Salary - dependent on experience with max.
annual base salary = £115,000 & variable bonus potential of 33%.
Responsibilities: All commercial activities across territory, including negotiations with customers.
Accurate financial forecasting maximising performance.
Synchronize marketing strategies with new products across territory.
Determine and enact go-to-market strategy concluding sales goals.
Expand portfolio in territory and develop business through technical and marketing processes.
Coordinate with product development team for portfolio development.
Conduct competitor, consumer and market analysis regularly for territory.
Support executive leadership in partnerships, affiliations and joint ventures.
Requirements: 15 year's industry experience across commercial and technical functions.
Strong network with key stakeholders in the industry and technical understanding of the market.
Entrepreneurial capacity.
Outstanding communication skills, autonomous, adaptable and interpersonal.
