Business Improvement Officer (Administrator) Widnes £15-£16 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract (2-3 months) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Improvement Officer in Widnes.
This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job: To maintain the Business Improvement and Growth Team Property Database.
This will include liaising with, in excess of, sixty commercial property agents and landlords To maintain the Business Improvement and Growth Team Client Management Database To arrange, when necessary, site visits to specific properties or development sites for potential investors.
