Requirements: Hunger to Succeed: A self-starter with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals Confident and able to make 50 cold calls per day without hesitation Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly both over the phone, written communication, and in person Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Team player with a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative culture Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and prospecting tools (preferred but not required) Coachable: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to continuously improve skills and processes through training and mentorship Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads by making a high volume of outbound calls (minimum of 50 calls/day) to potential prospects Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media Excellent research skills to find the right individuals in an organisation Book qualified meetings for the sales team by presenting the value of our product/service to prospective clients Objection handling Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in CRM (Netsuite) Ensuring full reporting on leads and meetings booked in CRM Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets Engaging with marketing to understand upcoming activities and how they can feed leads ADZN1_UKTJ
