This is an opportunity to join an expanding sales team in a global company with 16000 employees and over £12 billion in annual revenue.
In this field based role, you will be networking within multinational hotel chains and the NHS, plus sourcing your own new clients in the hospitality market.
You will be meeting clients on a daily basis to win new business at locations across South London and the South East, utilising your networking skills to grow revenue streams and meet contractual SLA's.Key responsibilities:Prospect, win and develop targeted value new key customersConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersEnsure regular calls are made on existing accountsResearching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new marketsResearching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasingContacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry eventsManage existing key accounts in region, both independent and National hospitality accounts and grow in line with budget expectationsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience and have a proven track record of meeting new business targets.
You will be required to attend client meetings across your territory, so a driving license is essential.
You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
You should also be able to work independently and be confident in building relationships with clients.
