The position is for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager and is a new and pivotal role to bring in new business and strengthen relationships by supporting existing accounts.
About the Business Development Manager : This role is ideal for someone with a strong new business sales background, excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and manage client interactions efficiently.
You will: Identify new business opportunities - including new markets and growth areas Establish and manage sales pipeline, ensure a steady stream of opportunities across potential and existing clients, in various stages of development Conduct client meetings via Teams, and face-to-face to secure new business and to manage and grow existing business Attend seminars, conferences, and events Provide each client with a first class service Understand client needs and respond effectively Play a key role in driving continuous improvements within the team and company The role could take your career to the next level and enable you to play a key role in our clients success and growth Experience & Skills for this role: A proven track record in new business sales with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
