Business Development Manager - Industry Specialist CRP Group, in partnership with a national hydraulic market leader, is seeking 2-3 dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing team of industry sales specialists We are seeking individuals with proven expertise and established connections in at least one of the following sectors: Rail Food & Beverage Manufacturing Environmental Material Handling Pharma Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base across key industries Maintain and build strong relationships with clients across your specialised industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery to support long-term growth.
Essential Skills: Previous experience in a sales or business development position, particularly within at least one of the listed sectors.
Ability to demonstrate success in building and maintaining key industry relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
Self-motivated with strong time management and persuasive abilities.
A collaborative team player, driven to exceed targets and deliver results.
Demonstrates a balance between quality service and commercial pressures.
Requirements: Proven experience in business development or account management with a strong network in relevant sectors.
Full UK driving license.
