As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The Role We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our new business initiatives and expand our client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning new business contracts within the digital agency or e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce and digital transformation sectors Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets Collaborate with leadership team to align business development activities with company goals Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals Represent Glaze Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Maintain detailed records of all business development activities and pipeline in CRM Provide regular reports on sales progress and business development metrics Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of winning new business contracts in a B2B environment Experience in digital agency, e-commerce, or tech sector sales Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Shopify ecosystem Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management What We Offer Competitive base salary of £35,000-£40,000 DOE plus attractive bonus structure Remote working opportunities Collaborative and respectful team environment Professional development and growth opportunities Regular team events and social activities Health and wellbeing benefits Equipment and tools needed to succeed in the role Personal Qualities Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with commercial acumen Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets Professional and ethical approach to business Ability to work independently whilst contributing to team success Location Fully remote working within the UK & Ireland.
