Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Agency Growth Executive to join our team in London.
Reporting to the Head of Agency Growth, this role will focus on cold emailing, research, proposal development, and pitching to prospective new affiliate marketing clients for the marketing agency.
You will be responsible for generating leads for potential new clients and assisting with proposals and pitches.
The ideal candidate will have around 6 to 12 months experience in a relevant sales role and is eager to transition and apply their skills within the marketing industry.
This role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to progress quickly, learning from senior agency leaders, with a view to being full 360 sales once they have developed an understanding of the agency's affiliate marketing service offering.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential new affiliate clients through cold outreach, targeted email sequences using Apollo.io, and participation in industry events.
Collaborate with the Head of Growth on persuasive proposals and media plans, using insights into affiliate marketing trends and client needs.
Research competitor activity, emerging platforms, and trends in affiliate marketing to inform strategic pitches and support business development.
Create LinkedIn posts, blog content, and other organic materials to position the agency as a leader in affiliate marketing.
Manage and optimise outreach efforts to build a strong pipeline, qualifying and nurturing leads to increase conversion rates.
Work closely with senior leadership to refine and adapt outreach strategies based on prospect responses, industry feedback, and campaign performance analytics.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and prospect engagement in HubSpot to track progress, measure outreach effectiveness, and refine targeting efforts.
Generate weekly or monthly reports on outreach metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to inform team strategies and evaluate ABM and cold outreach success.
This will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 2 days per week spent working from our office in central London.
Candidate Requirements: Approximately 1 year of experience in a consultative sales role.
Natural eye for creative production, with the ability to produce high-quality proposals and marketing collateral.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting outreach emails and developing marketing materials.
Strong mathematical ability, to understand different commercial models and analyse marketing performance data.
Strong organisational and research skills, with the ability to contribute to proposals, pitches, and marketing collateral.
Proactive and sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Any experience generating meetings with cold email, especially using an automated sequencing platform like Apollo (or similar), would be a bonus.
