Business Development Executive

While the HubSpot system has been set up, this role is all about execution—turning leads into clients and growing revenue fast.
Experience in sustainability and ESG regulations like CSRD and SFDR will be a major asset.
Key Responsibilities: Fully own the sales process: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, all while managing your own pipeline Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Leverage your knowledge of ESG, CSRD, and SFDR to drive consultative selling and build strong relationships Identify and build partnerships in the ESG and portfolio management space.
Qualifications: Proven track record in sales with experience in Hubspot Deep understanding of ESG solutions, portfolio management tools, and CSRD/SFDR regulatory frameworks Ability to leverage an existing network (consultancies preferred) to quickly generate leads and close deals Self-starter comfortable working independently—there won't be a sales team behind you Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives.
