Responsibilities Achieving new business revenue targets Identifying opportunities by assessing prospects and evaluating their industry position Managing client prospects through the onboarding process via our Client Services team Strategically targeting verticals and sub-verticals to maximize client wins Accurate forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and presentation of plans Collaboration with VPs, Product & Banking Team for prioritizing Product Development and banking supplier requirements Collaboration with Risk and Compliance Team to ensure meeting requirements for safe and efficient client onboarding Building and leveraging strong external and internal relationships on multiple levels Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years in financial services sales, specifically in PSP, Crypto, FX, Gambling, or Financial Institutes sector Existing book of contacts is essential Understanding of solution selling and building solid client relationships Experience in Payments, Banking, FX, and Treasury Management Previous experience in an early-stage, high-growth business is beneficial Strategic leadership thinking and ability Benefits Hybrid working model of remote and in-office work, with occasional attendance required in the London Bridge office.
