What you will do:As one of our Asset Finance Business Development Directors you will source asset finance opportunities direct from customers, bank relationship managers or indirectly via our broker relationships.Devise and implement account management plans.Manage your deal pipeline ensuring we maintain agreed service levels, reports and feedback.Write credit applications for larger (>£500k) deals, including financial/asset analysis with your recommendation.Manage all internal and external stakeholders, provide reporting and feedback, motivate and remove barriers.Sell our proposition to the market.Grow long term relationships with customers and brokers by providing excellent customer service.Increase Metro's share of our customers and brokers asset finance opportunities.Maximise profitability by originating business which fit within Metro's credit and pricing appetite.And... we are a bank so risk is a part of everything we do.
