The Growth Director for the C&E Capability (AI Studios and Creative Collective), is part of the wider Growth team reporting to the VP of Growth working on the Business Development specifically within the creative, social and production landscape for Jellyfish.
Your mission: to foster a cohesive approach to net new opportunities and cultivate a pipeline for continued success.
You'll be the entry point of the team for new business pitches and you'll lead efforts to organically grow important clients by supporting client management teams by expanding into new services and disciplines.
You'll be excited by our new Jellyfish positioning and work with the marketing team so comms are complementary to our sales growth strategy.
You'll be passionate about creativity and understand AI strategies for production.
You will have relationships with intermediaries and excel at taking accountability for new business development, generating client leads, developing proposals with our teams, and achieving new business growth targets.
Your responsibilities will include: Work with the existing C&E Growth team to accomplish an end-to-end growth strategy Present Jellyfish's Creative Collective and AI Studios services to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, video calls, phone calls and emails Oversee the sales process from RFI to contracting Leverage existing network of brand and agency contacts to help grow outbound business outside of the inbound leads system Build relationships with C&E Capability Partners to allow seamless pitch processes empowering pitch teams to win.
Identify and pursue opportunities through RFI responses and lead RFP decks with C&E teams to develop, negotiate and close a winning proposal that is also profitable for Jellyfish.
Meet or exceed annual revenue growth targets Utilise industry events to stay informed of current market trends.
Nurture growth opportunities in existing clients Escalation contact against existing client relationships Build relationships with identified clients and lead high-quality work to promote organic growth Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions Adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances Work with appropriate team members to evaluate different options and find practical solutions when faced with problems Embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance skills Handle initial client enquiries, collaborating with the Creative/Production team to develop, negotiate, and close profitable proposals Independently find and implement solutions to help the business evolve, improve, and grow Your qualifications should include: Experience winning new business as part of a creative/marketing agency or growth team In-depth working knowledge of digital marketing technologies Experience in new business and communications/marketing Articulate and confident presentation skills in front of clients Ability in questioning, probing, and listening to uncover client challenges You will have successfully built relationships with new and existing clients Strategic thinker with a detailed understanding of the industry and agency environment In-depth understanding of all agency disciplines, including skillsets, identified focus areas for growth, and potential growth blockers Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.
