Focusing on business architecture, organisational design, and sustainable change, the firm works closely with companies navigating key milestones, tech transformations, or significant business evolution.
With a growing client base, the founder is now looking to make the first permanent hire—an experienced Business Change Manager / Consultant to shape the firm's future while delivering impactful change for clients.
Note: This role is best suited for someone with experience of working in mid sized, more agile businesses, working with the board and decsion makers —not large enterprise.

About the Role This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Architect / Change Manager / Buisness Consultant to join a growing consultancy, working directly with the founder and with business leaders on the client side.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering strategic transformation on the client side, whilst helping the business scale and grow.
This position offers a chance to impact a variety of exciting projects, from organisational design to digital transformation, and work with leaders of high-growth companies.
Key Responsibilities Business Architecture Development: Create and refine business architectures that align with client goals, optimising structures, processes, and systems to support scalable growth.
Strategic Change Consultancy: Develop and implement change strategies that solve client challenges and embed lasting, impactful change.
Client Advisory: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, offering data-driven insights to guide decision-making and overcome barriers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients to act as a "critical friend," offering advice and adjusting strategies to fit each company's unique needs.
Process Optimisation: Lead process evaluation and improvement, using data-backed insights to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Capability Building: Train and empower client teams to adopt and sustain new practices.
Commercial Growth: Contribute to the firm's expansion by identifying business opportunities and supporting scaling efforts.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Degree in Business Management or a related field, ideally with focus on business architecture and organisational design.
Experience: 5-7 years in consulting with expertise in Business Change, Organisational Transformation, or Digital Transformation—particularly within high-growth, start-up, or tech environments.
Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Additional: Proven track record in driving transformation in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
