Business Analyst (Onsite, 5 Days a Week) – Join an Award-Winning Recruitment Agency Group We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the IT department of our award-winning national recruitment agency group, as we continue to expand our digital presence across multiple brands.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our head office in Meriden, near Coventry, with the requirement to be onsite five days a week.
The Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Your contributions will ensure that our operations are optimally supported as we scale our digital initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable requirements.
Process Design: Develop and refine business processes to maximize the effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics within our organization.
Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Data Management: Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries, upholding data quality and integrity through robust governance practices.
Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories and maintain clear documentation to support ongoing projects.
User Support: Provide continuous support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: Proven Experience: Strong background as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a deep understanding of business processes and data management.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile environment is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
Additional Experience: Experience with Azure DevOps and/or acting as a Product Owner is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus but not required.
Benefits: Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
Generous Holiday: 32 days holiday, increasing with service to a maximum of 37 days (including bank holidays).
