The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding and documenting business requirements, analysing business processes, and supporting technical enablement efforts.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, develop detailed documentation, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand needs.
Create comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Documentation: Analyse and document current business processes using visual tools like flowcharts and diagrams.
Develop a data mapping framework and define the data dictionary.
Propose optimized workflows to improve efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration: Prepare clear and concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to validate and disseminate information.
Collaborate closely with development and test teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Analytical Support: Conduct gap and impact analysis to identify and address discrepancies.
Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies.
Documentation Management: Maintain documentation standards and ensure the accuracy and relevance of all documentation.
Regularly review and update materials to reflect changes.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on requirements gathering and process documentation.
Proven experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting business processes.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and other relevant software.
Ability to create detailed, clear, and concise documentation.
Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and methodologies.
