Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their growing team in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure successful project delivery.
Support Agile teams through Scrum methodology, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Use project management tools like Jira to track project progress and deliverables.
Ensure understanding and alignment with IT systems, lifecycles, and processes.
Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to develop and manage project roadmaps.
Proficiency with IT systems, software development lifecycles, and project tools like Jira .
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
