We are currently looking for a Business Admin Assistant to join our busy team in Hounslow, London!
As a Business Admin Assistant, you will man the helpdesk service for our online courses, providing vital support by responding to all email and phone enquiries, tackling technical problems, managing certificate queries, and giving advice about post-course job opportunities.
You will also engage in shortlisting and interviewing candidates, liaise with employers, process course certificates, and maintain accurate customer records.
